At Dialysis Access Center - Oakland, we are dedicated to preserving the functionality of the patient's dialysis access. Our interventional nephrologists are leaders in their specialties and are proud to serve ESRD patients of our community. Our outpatient center offers:

  • Same day/ next day procedures to ensure patients return to dialysis quickly
  • Comprehensive reports within 24 - 48 hours following the procedure to ensure efficient communication

Patient Convenience
We make dialysis access treatments easy for you and your patients. Round trip transportation can be arranged for patients who qualify. For their comfort, conscious sedation is available.

Dialysis Access Management

Clinical indications for intervention by our physicians:

  • Clotted access
  • Non-maturing fistula
  • Elevated venous or arterial pressure
  • Changes in bruit/pulsatility
  • Excessive post-dialysis bleeding
  • Access limb swelling
  • Inadequate catheter flow
  • Steal syndrome
  • Failure to achieve prescribed dialysis dose
