Ron brings more than 25 years of healthcare and business experience to Fresenius Vascular Care. Ron started his career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand in Philadelphia focusing on emerging businesses with a concentration in healthcare services. Ron is the former CFO of Renal Treatment Centers, an owner operator of outpatient dialysis clinics in the US and Argentina. While at RTC, Ron managed revenue growth from $30 million to over $350 million and executed the company's $1.3 billion merger in 1998.

Ron moved to the payor side of healthcare as the former EVICE PRESIDENT, CFO and Chief Development Officer of Bravo Health (Formerly Elder Health) a Medicare Advantage Plan, where he strategically increased market presence from 1 to 10 major markets, increased revenue from $50m to over $250m, and launched their part D Medicare Program.

In 2006 Ron co-founded National Vascular Care and developed the company into a leading operator of outpatient vascular centers in the United States. In 2010 NVC was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care where Ron continues to guide the strategic direction and growth of the Vascular Division.

Ron received his degree from Drexel University. He is married with 4 children and resides in West Chester, PA.

Jeff Snodgrass - General Manager

Jeff is presently the General Manager for Fresenius Vascular Care.

Jeff started with FVC in April 2013 as the Vice President of Finance. Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in domestic finance, strategy and general management. Prior to joining FVC Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer at Inventiv Health, a clinical research organization based in Burlington, Mass. Prior to Inventiv, Jeff served for 17 years in various financial leadership roles at Merck & Co. His last role at Merck was as the VP Finance and Controller for Merck's global research and development organization.

Dr. Gregg A. Miller graduated from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City University of New York with a degree in biomedical sciences. He earned his MD from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse, completed a residency in internal medicine and fellowships in Nephrology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and Critical Care at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center. Interested in improving the standard of care for outpatient dialysis vascular access services, he underwent interventional training with Dr. Israel Schur, a published expert in dialysis vascular access care. Dr. Miller is board certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Nephrology with an additional certificate in Interventional Nephrology. In 2010, Dr. Miller was appointed Assistant Adjunct Professor at The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology.

Dr. Sor's expertise covers vascular and interventional radiology, venous insufficiency and pain management. He serves as an adjunct instructor of Radiology for George Washington University Medical Center.

After receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Sor completed his medical education at George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Washington Hospital Center and his residency and fellowship training at George Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Sor has been named as a Washingtonian Top Doctor in Interventional Radiology for the years 2005 and 2008. Dr Sor's other areas of clinical interest include Uterine Fibroid Embolization, Pelvic Venous Congestion Syndrome and Peripheral Vascular Disease.

Tom Day earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. A well-established finance professional, Tom has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Fresenius Vascular Care in 2015, Tom spent the previous 13 years at GlaxoSmithKline, where he held progressive positions in finance and business development, beginning as Manager, Deal Structuring. He subsequently served as Finance Director of Drug Discovery & Development, Director of Worldwide Business Development, Director of Worldwide Consumer Healthcare Strategic Projects, Finance Controller of Worldwide Consumer Healthcare, CFO & Country Finance Director of Canada Pharmaceuticals and Commercial Finance Vice President of US Pharmaceuticals.

Paul Toomey - Vice President of Business Development

Paul brings nearly 25 years of healthcare management experience to Fresenius, having developed and operated hospital-based outpatient and physician-based, free standing service lines. Paul served as Director of Physician Services for Valley Medical Center in San Diego, and has held positions in diagnostic imaging (primarily vascular imaging), wound care and hyperbaric medicine companies. During his career, Paul has been responsible for all aspects of operations and business development. His Master's thesis from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health focused on the "Clinical Management of Hemodialysis Access."

Susan joined FVC as part of the acquisition of American Access Care (AAC), bringing a well-rounded combination of clinical, sales, and marketing leadership experience. In addition to being the first AAC Sales representative, she served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, leading the growth of AAC from one location to twenty-eight centers nationwide at the time of the acquisition. Prior to AAC, Susan held clinical and management positions in nephrology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in NJ, followed by marketing and sales positions for the dialysis division of Terumo Medical Corporation. Susan received a BS in Business Administration from Upsala College and a Nursing Diploma from Christ Hospital School of Nursing.

Karen Viscusi has held clinical and management positions in vascular nursing for the past 15 years. She previously served as a nurse manager and clinical leader within a large health care organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout her management career, Karen has led extensive nursing quality and safety projects, managed multi-million dollar staffing and supply budgets, and ensured the delivery of superior, high-quality patient care.

Pamela Calvarese has more than 30 years of operational management experience in large multi-specialty physician groups in the billing company environment. Her extensive background includes billing, accounts receivable management, implementation and compliance. Early in her career she formed two large multi-specialty MSO groups with annual revenue of $30 million and managed four acute hospital billing departments with her involvement with Siemens.

Michael joins FVC from Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, where he served as Vice President, Business Development. In this role, he represented the biopharmaceutical industry's first multi-channel message delivery solution that helps teams reach their customers. Michael previously served in senior Sales roles at Victory Pharma, Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Biovail Pharmaceuticals and Bausch & Lomb. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Kentucky.
